Adopt a BRT

Give a home to a BRT in need

Are you interested in adopting a BRT?  Make sure you read up on the breed and understand the responsibilities that come with having this powerful, working breed.  See the BRTCA website for more information.

We do not list dogs on our website.  Rather, we maintain a waiting list and contact applicants when a dog becomes available in their geographical location.  The BRT is a rare breed.  It could take months, even years, for a dog to become available in your area that is suitable for your specific living situations.  Therefore, potential adopters should plan on being patient.  If you are looking for a dog quickly, rescuing a BRT may not be your best option.
